Four and five-channel QSOP isolators are the world’s densest high-performance isolators, offering 110 Mbps, 600 Vrms working voltage, and 2.5 kVrms isolation voltage. Isolated RS-485 and CAN transceivers are by far the world’s smallest isolated bus transceivers, replacing a board full of components with a 4 mm x 5 mm part.
